Just been too busy. Wasn’t approached by anyone for the HBO series.
Terribly furstrating, that. Reading on Ricky’s blog that they’re all extremely excited by something that probably wouldn’t have come to be without the animations by myself, Rory Binks and all the rest.
That said, I’m certainly gonna watch the HBO as soon as I can get my hands on it.

please tell us that you haven’t done any more youtube animations BECAUSE you have been absconded by HBO to work on the new series of animated podcasts/audiobooks???
If you didn’t get hired by Ricky and HBO to do animation for this upcoming series it will have been a damn shame. Your work is class mate.

As tfn105 stated above, it’s around the 19/20 episode mark of the 1st XFM radio series: it was Karl’s attempt to trick Ricky and Steve by creating his own ‘phrase’ or ‘popular saying’ akin to ‘You can’t have the rainbow without the rain’.
In context, it’s absolutely hilarious.

It was in season 1 of the XFM shows I think. Possibly around the episode 19/20 mark. I remember it being close to the infamous “horse in the house” anecdote
