i dont have to tip shit. its called a tip for a reason. if you suck, no tip. if youre good. you get 15%. if you want a reliable job go get one.

What a lot of people don’t understand is that in addition to making below minimum wage, we don’t always get to keep all of what we make. In WI, waiting minimum wage is $2.33 an hour, and the only minimum wage that hasn’t changed since the 1970s.
In addition to that though, both restaurants I’ve worked for have had a “tip share” of 3% of my total sales for the bartenders, hosts, and bussers. So regardless of if you leave a 10% or a 20%, some wait staff have to take some of that money out.

Round it to the nearest 5 or 10, and then divide it by 5?
If your bill comes to 25, u round that to 30, and pay 6 bucks on top of the 25? Wow that’s a little to much for me…

I tip two dollars no matter what. Which is huge for me, I’m a poor college student and make minimum wage myself. LOL

Awesome Video! I used to serve and I always worked hard for my tips, I never expected a tip I worked for it. But I always try and tip good because I know the effort the wait staff put forward. if youre a server PROPS to you its a tough job listening to people all day

I don’t tip. If I tip we’ll never close all the cheap-skate companies that don’t give them enough money. Besides that, I like them singing me happy birthday.
