i agree with you riley the pastors was’nt praising michael but like you said he was giving thanks to Jesus for sharing michael’s gift to the world. we as christians should’nt judge because only by the goodness and mercy of God are we saved. of course we are to judge the fruit that’s in someones live wheather it be good or bad. now made mistakes as do we all, but this gentle and beautiful soul was a giving human being of his love and his resources. mj we love you and may God bless your soul.peace

christians dont work their way to heaven its a gift given to us through jesus’ sacrifice. yet doesnt mean we have a license to sin. Theres a verse in the bible that says give ure life as a living sacrifice basicly meaning live your life for christ which is a reasonable doing for what he did for us its jesus’ death that gets us to heaven not our good works.

Open your hard heart and ask the Holy Spirit to help you not to pass judgment, Christians are to show LOVE and that is what the pastor was trying to preach. The world needed to hear his pray just the way he said it. One day we will all bow our knees to the King of Kings, make sure you can look him in the eyes, when your day comes.

This is in response to bjornortela. The pastor wasn’t saying that Michael was love. We should all take a look at ourselves and ask, what are we doing to demonstrate Jesus’ love. Michael demonstrated love through his songs. There are 2 interviews where Michael spoke about his music being God’s creation. I can’t post it here since youtube doesn’t allow it. But, I truely believe Michael was giving to us what God gave to him. Maybe now Michael, they will leave you alone.
